My room seemed like a student room. It was excessively priced for what i received. the bed was pushed against the wall, limiting space.

The room was quite small. the bathroom was especially cramped for the price, and i found both the mattress and pillows to be really uncomfortable. Even the textured blankets felt rough. it was like the hotel skimped on basic comfort, frustrating when you're paying a premium.

the location provided easy access to public transport. my room included complimentary drinks and snacks which was a plus. breakfast offered a good selection of items. the staff were helpful when i needed directions.

The bathroom had limited space. This made moving around a bit difficult.

difficult heating controls little bread choice

The heating controls in my room were very difficult to operate. breakfast was disappointing. cutlery, crockery and food items were not always readily available. there was very little choice of bread. Only white bread was offered.

The staff was cute. The room had english channels and a good shower pressure. Breakfast included sufficient options. The hotel is conveniently located for accessing shops.

My room got ceiling lights missing, only bedside lamps.

The reception staff was efficient. They helped with directions around town and were attentive to requests. Staff allowed me to leave my luggage in the lounge after checkout awaiting for my train.
